In 2016, Premier Learning Academy was founded with a mission to close the achievement gap for early learners in Madison, Tennessee. Charlene Saunders, a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist, opened the academy to meet the community's growing need for specialized, quality childcare and education. Driven by a passion for language development, early literacy, and support for children with special needs, Premier Learning Academy continues to shape a brighter path for young learners and their families.

By 2025, Premier Learning Academy proudly partnered with Early Head Start, expanding our reach to provide high-quality programs for children as young as six weeks old. Our story is one of community, dedication, and the belief that every child deserves a joyful, enriching educational experience. Today, Premier Learning Academy stands as a trusted and vibrant learning environment where young minds are celebrated and supported every step of the way.
